We show you that ‘Meditation’ and ‘Mindfulness Living’ is key to Being free of suffering of any kind. As all suffering ‘starts and ends in the mind’, you are responsible for the choice of emotion/s that ultimately shape your reality. This is a blessing! This is how you become the change in the world when you step into your power.
